As a native Houstonian, Alex has first-hand familiarity with Houston’s neighborhoods and various communities. Alex entered the real estate industry in 2007 where she became a full-time REALTOR^®. Her hard work paid off as she became the “Rookie of the Year” in her first year as an agent. Following her first year, she has been a consistent Top Producer. In late 2018, she was hand-selected among a handful of top-producing agents to be a founding member of Compass Houston, a new, cutting-edge company that has become one of the leading luxury boutique brokerages in the country. She is also a member of two luxury worldwide networking groups: REALM Global and the Coast to Coast Network. In 2022 and 2023, Alex received recognition as one of the Top 25 Agents of Compass Houston.

Alex is a top fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association, serves on the Jr. Committee of “Friends for Life”, a no-kill animal shelter in Houston, and is involved with the Barbara Bush Literacy Foundation, where she helps sort and bag thousands of books selected by children in 19 different area schools and is a Reading Room volunteer who read to students in underprivileged Spring Branch apartment communities. She also loves to volunteer at her daughters' schools: Valley Oaks Elementary and Spring Branch Middle School. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exercising, playing tennis, reading, and spending time with her husband, Casey, and their two beautiful daughters, Emerson (13) and Abby (11).

Nanette is a long time Austin resident and has been a real estate professional for 15 years, Her goals are to make all aspects of the buying and selling process as informative and easy as possible, have fun along the way, and to work hard for the best outcome. Her specialty is the luxury experience for creative people, working with musicians and artists to experience the best of what Austin has to offer.

Nanette’s entire reason for moving to Austin was the music. “When I was 12, my cool Aunt Libby took my brother and me out to see a bunch of bands all over town, we both swore we would get here as soon as we could”…and she did. She now lives in South Austin with her two children, 2 dogs and a six toed cat named Moggy. She adores the area and all it has to offer in terms of culture, music, art, family, fun, and beauty. Her passions (besides music and houses) are yoga, matcha lattes, finding amazing vegan food, blogging, Instagram, and supporting her favorite non-profits. A breast cancer survivor since 2010, a portion of all Nanette’s commissions are donated to the Breast Cancer Resource Center of Texas, HAAM (The Health Alliance for Austin Musicians) or the SIMS Foundation to support mental health for musicians.
